Dreamer, owner, creator and power behind Six Sisters Deli and Grille.  Monica boasts 20+ years of catering, -- first through her catering business in New York and then through event and personal catering in Utah.  Her secret weapon is that she dreams in food. She literally will dream about creating and tasting new flavor combinations and then try them out when she is awake (because it’s safer to play with fire when you are lucid, after all).

Barrett Wedding

Monica catered my daughter's wedding.  To be honest my focus was just to make my job easier so I wouldn't have to do  a lot of cooking.  What I got was a reception full of happy guests who absolutely raved about the food and made comments like "...the is the best reception I've ever been to."   In addition to being so good that people were asking Monica for her recipes, she was able to put together a menu that accommodated several serious food allergies and sensitivities among our family members and they didn't feel left out at all.  The other guests didn't even know there was a difference!  Monica really made the occasion so much better because everything was so delicious and I was much more relaxed.

We have been using Six Sisters on a monthly basis for almost a year.  Our employees LOVE their breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches and danish tray.  We have also enjoyed their lunches.  This company is very reliable, is open to feedback and has excellent customer service.  I highly recommend them.

Oh my goodness!! I can't say enough good about your customer service, hospitality and the accuracy of our order from beginning to end!!  I was very impressed when I came to pick up our lunches and found that everything was boxed and read to go.  The lunch boxes were spot on with what we ordered accompanied by a letter on each box so there was no guessing as to what was in each box.  The sandwiches were great, the potato salad was delicious and your crispy treats were HUGE, and very Yummy!!  Thank you so vert much for taking such god cared of us, I look forward to doing business with you for our future needs.
